Signing that scales
01One template. A whole recipient list.
Upload a CSV and send one template to up to 100 recipients per batch. Each recipient gets their own signing record. Bulk send is excluded from the trial.
02Make the next document easier.
Reuse your field layout, start from the template library and keep documents organised. Templates are starting points to review and adapt.
03Keep the evidence with the agreement.
Download signed PDFs and audit certificates. Export document lists and activity as CSV, and send a manual reminder when a signature needs a nudge.
04Set the workflow once. Let it keep moving.
Choose any-order, sequential or grouped signing, set a deadline from one to 90 days, and schedule automatic reminders for recipients who have not completed the document.
05Add the right check for each signer.
Require an email one-time code, or add SMS delivery and phone verification where the regional SMS service is configured. Pending recipient details can be corrected after sending.
06Build documents from reusable data.
Create signing templates from PDF, dynamic DOCX or generated HTML. Use pre-filled signer values and document variables, duplicate templates, merge them into packs, and keep template revisions.
07Use richer fields when the agreement needs them.
The editor supports attachments, validation rules, conditional fields and documents, formulas, stamps, verification fields and payment fields. Payment, identity checks and SMS require their respective provider accounts to be configured.
Qualified and advanced electronic signatures are not part of the self-hosted launch service because DocuSeal provides them through its EU cloud service.
A closer look at Document AI
01Start with the fields already suggested.
AI suggests field placements in an uploaded PDF. Review them in the editor before sending. Upload still works when optional AI is off.
02A brief becomes a first draft.
Describe the agreement you need and generate an editable template. Uses the same feature switch as Smart Field Detection. Review the wording before use.
03Ask the whole source collection.
Add PDF, text or code sources to a notebook and ask source-grounded questions. PDF sources support files up to 25 MB.
04One run. Four useful starting points.
Generate a summary, key themes, FAQ and narrative together. Export the results and source names to Markdown without an extra export credit.
05Say the brief out loud.
Dictate into supported AI input boxes. Recordings stop at 60 seconds in the app. Requires the transcription service to be available.
06Understand the document faster.
Read a plain-English overview of the document. The current review runs summary, extraction and risk analysis together for 20 credits in an enabled Data Room.
07Bring the important terms forward.
Surface parties, dates, amounts and obligations alongside the summary. Extraction is included in the current 20-credit document review.
08Give human review a head start.
Flag clauses that deserve attention, with severity and reasoning. AI output supports your own review; the current review bundle costs 20 credits.
09Come back to the answer you already have.
Reopen a complete saved review without regenerating it. An explicit refresh starts a new 20-credit review.
10Find the answer. Follow the source.
Workspace members can ask questions across indexed room documents and inspect supporting sources. AI Q&A is separate from the room’s human question-and-answer workflow.
11Read across language barriers.
Translate document text into 26 supported languages. Translation currently uses the first 12,000 characters; it is a text translation, not a layout-preserving copy.
12Turn priced items into proposal copy.
Generate an editable proposal body from the priced items and your brief. Requires Proposals and AI configuration, seat access and credits.
13Get a starting point for your brand.
Generate initial brand direction from your brief. AI setup and active-seat access are required; generation is subject to service availability.
A closer look at Data Rooms
01A clear room for every deal.
Create rooms and nested folders, upload PDFs up to 50 MB each and archive completed projects. The add-on is billed once per billing owner across enabled workspaces.
02Know who is coming through the door.
Issue an individual invitation for each guest, resend it when needed and optionally require email verification. External guests do not need a paid team seat.
03Set the terms before entry.
Require NDA acknowledgement before a visitor accesses room content. Use your own NDA wording and retain the acceptance record.
04Give access on your terms.
Choose view or download access for each guest. Set an expiry and revoke an individual invitation when their involvement ends.
05Make every view accountable.
Apply personalised visitor watermarks to viewed and downloaded PDFs. The stored original remains unchanged.
06Keep the conversation close to the files.
Review visitor activity, document engagement and access-location signals. Answer room questions and track open or answered status; human replies use no AI credits.
07Take the room with you.
Download an individual PDF, a selected set or the whole room. ZIP exports retain the folder structure.
A closer look at Proposals & Brand
01Put the scope and price together.
Draft proposals with a product catalogue, editable descriptions, quantities, prices and VAT. Up to 100 line items per proposal.
02Repeat the good work.
Save a proposal as a template, then start a new editable draft for the next client. Templates become sendable when you create a proposal from them.
03Make the first page yours.
Upload a customer-designed PDF cover, preview and approve it, keep versions and choose a default. Covers support up to 20 MB and 10 A4 pages.
04Carry the proposal through to yes.
Send a prepared proposal for e-signature, with a client email and at least one priced line item. Track the resulting signing submission.
05Let the signed proposal lead to payment.
Optionally request payment after signing through your organisation’s Mollie account. Connection, provider availability and processor fees apply, plus the configured Signet platform fee (default 0.5%).
06Keep your team on brand.
Set logos, light and dark variants, colours, font and guidelines in your brand area. Customer branding in app navigation and outward-facing experiences requires separate white-label activation.
Your workspace. Your controls.
01Choose which AI tools your team uses.
Your admin enables AI for the organisation, each supported feature and individual seats. Buying credits alone does not enable a feature or seat.
02Prepay. Set the next top-up.
Choose credit packs from £30 for 1,000 credits. Automatic top-up is optional; configure the threshold, pack and organisation monthly purchase cap.
03Give the workspace your identity.
Apply your organisation’s branding to app navigation, theme, signing invitations and guest room entry where supported. The add-on is charged once per billing owner. Signet footer attribution remains; this is not complete de-branding.
04Use your own trusted domain.
Use a verified customer domain for the guest portal and outbound email. Signet completes DNS, TLS, security and deliverability checks before activation; pricing is quoted separately.
05Keep the right work with the right team.
Create departments and manage memberships. Restrict documents and templates to those departments. Existing restrictions remain if the feature is disabled; an owner can release them.
The right tools.
Every cost in plain sight.
Start with a 7-day core signing trial. Add-ons require approval, and AI requires enabled features, seats and credits. Bulk send requires an active paid subscription.
Public API access, SSO and an enterprise SLA are not standard launch inclusions. Discuss specific requirements with our team.
