What is the minimum monthly price?
£87 per month excluding VAT: £79 for your first workspace and £8 for one active user. Paddle calculates any applicable tax from the customer's location and business details at checkout. Add workspaces for £49 each and unique active users for £8 each. Optional add-ons and AI credits are separate.
Do prices include VAT, and can my business use reverse charge?
The VAT-exclusive prices on this page are business prices for customers who do not pay VAT or can recover it. Subscription, add-on and AI credit prices exclude VAT and other applicable sales taxes. Tax treatment depends on your location and business details. Paddle is our merchant of record and calculates applicable tax, shows your final total before payment and issues your receipt or invoice. Enter your business details and VAT ID at checkout. Eligible cross-border business purchases, including eligible EU business purchases, may receive reverse-charge treatment after Paddle validates the VAT ID. In those cases, Paddle does not collect VAT and your business is responsible for accounting for it. A VAT ID does not automatically remove VAT from every purchase. Read our payment terms.
Do you charge per envelope or signature?
No. Your core subscription includes unlimited document signing. Bulk send supports up to 100 recipients per batch and is available on the paid plan.
Will a user be charged more than once?
No. A unique active user is charged once across workspaces under the same billing owner. External signing recipients do not need a paid seat.
When do add-ons become available and billable?
An owner or admin requests Data Rooms, Proposals & Brand or White-label. Signet reviews and enables the add-on for the approved workspace. Approval starts the charge, prorated for the current billing period. The monthly fee is charged once per billing owner, even if more than one workspace is enabled.
What does the free trial include?
Try core document signing for 7 days without a credit card. Bulk send, AI and add-on activation are excluded from the trial. Subscribe to continue using your workspace afterwards.
Can AI buy more credits automatically?
Only when you enable automatic top-up. Choose the credit pack, low-balance threshold and monthly top-up spending cap. The cap excludes VAT; applicable tax is added separately. You can also keep automatic top-up off and buy prepaid packs when you choose.
Are AI credits included with Data Rooms or Proposals?
No. AI credits are separate. Data Room analysis costs 20 credits for a new summary, extraction and clause review together. Proposal and brand AI drafting require separate availability confirmation and cost 1 credit per generation when enabled.
What is needed to collect a proposal payment?
Activate Proposals & Brand, connect your organisation’s Mollie account and complete the payment provider’s approval and setup. Payment and platform fees apply in addition to your subscription. Confirm the applicable fees with Signet.
How do white-labelling, custom domains and departments work?
White-label publishing is £49 per month excluding VAT and is charged once per billing owner. A custom portal and verified sending domain is a managed extra quoted separately after DNS and security checks. Departments also require separate activation. White-labelling retains Signet footer attribution.
